The Viewer display, if required, can provide a summarised report at the top of the screen of all cleans that are detailed.

Data in each column can be sorted into ascending/descending order simply by clicking on each separate column header.

The example below shows all cleans conducted during a particular time period, to a specific CIP circuit.

The summarised report identifies that of the 20 CIP cleans carried out, 17 passed and three failed. Details identifying the cause for the FAIL CIPs can be investigated in the separate Verification report for each cleaning programme.

Further information can be obtained by selecting 'comparison' from within the main Reports menu.

Comparison reports permit analysis between any number of cleans carried out. These can be multiple CIP routes or same type circuits.

Various types of comparison report can be determined to provide specific information on Verification, Cost, Operations or Environmental details.

The 'comparison' report provides In-Site with a very powerful and comprehensive analytical tool.
