The MAIN SCREEN permits options and reports to be selected.

Selection details identify, in chronological order, (most recent at the top of the screen), the order in which CIP programmes have been undertaken. Each column provides an overview of the ‘selection’ detail;

» Record Number (shown sequentially)

» CIP channel used

» Selection title

» Date of operation

» Time of operation

» Duration of programme

» Verification (pass, caution or fail)

» Environmental (kgs/CO2 emissions)

» Cost summary,

» Microbiological result

A security software key determines which columns have data displayed in them.

Column Headers: Positioning the cursor on a specific column header allows the data in that column to be ‘sorted’. Clicking once with the left-hand mouse button will sort the column data from least to most. By clicking again the data will be sorted from maximum to minimum.

The column header will be highlighted in red with an arrow identifying whether the data has been ‘sorted’ by ascending or descending values. To return the screen display to chronological order, click twice on ‘Record’ column header.

Reports: down the right-hand side of the screen are buttons that permit selection of various REPORTS available. The security software key determines which reports are available.

Tools: An alternative to ‘sorting’ columns to establish minimum/maximum values is to use the TOOLS menu, located at the top of the IN-SITE VIEWER. The set-up of the user software key governs ability to access TOOLS.

With the TOOLS option active, column data can still be ‘sorted’ as described at Column Headers. Apart from identifying minimum/maximum values of each individual column, TOOLS will detail the average value of each column, (where relevant).

If access to TOOLS has not been enabled on the software key, positioning the cursor on a column header will cause a ‘tool tip’ to be displayed, identifying Total value of the column data, minimum, maximum and average values. The ‘tool tip’ will disappear when the cursor is moved off the column header.

Filter Options: The MAIN SCREEN displays only the last 500 records even though the database may have information on several thousand records.

Utilising the FILTER OPTIONS permits access to records not being displayed on the ‘main screen’, or for more specific information on a particular CIP channel or selection to be displayed.

When ‘Filter’ is utilised, the screen will show up to 500 records within the selected parameters. The standard Filter has 5 main fields: Channel, Selection, Type, Date range and Verification. An enhanced filter extends the options to include Cost, Duration, Time, CO2 emissions and Microbiological Result.
