System signals

Analogue signals:

Each In-Site ' Channel' can accommodate up to 10 separate analogue signals, all being monitored simultaneously. The Graph and Verification Reports detail the values of each signal during each processing or cleaning operations.

Typical instrument probes/sensors monitored being:

CIP delivery and return:

CIP return (dairies):

CIP tank farm:

CIP systems:

Process plant:

Effluent flume/plant

Temperature, Conductivity, Flow, pH

Turbidity or Suspended Solids

Proportional valves and pumps

Digital signals:

Each Channel monitors numerous digital signals, typically

Most sites have CIP process controllers that confirm specific tasks were carried out correctly or set parameters were achieved.

The In-Site system also does this but is specifically configured to provide telegraphic information on what was not done correctly.
