In-Site Control have significant experience and understanding within the Food Processing Industries such that we are fully committed to work with the site's partners to ensure optimum value and results are derived from continuous improvement initiatives.

Our services include acting as Project Manager to ensure that all projects are completed to spec and deliver stated requirements.

As part of our site audits, we are able to identify what additional instrumentation is required to upgrade process plant controllers to provide greater detail on plant performance. To this end we can source the necessary instruments and controllers and if required, oversee the equipment installation.

How we can help to improve performance
System Health Check: identifying how the site's systems are currently performing.
Consultants: monitoring the site's plant, advising on areas that require improvement. Providing 'on-line' support to provide on-going reports and/or to assist with solving 'real time' problems.
Plant Optimisation: providing revised operating FDS and amendments to software.
'Real World' Site Audits: inspection of plant field equipment, identifying maintenance requirements and corrective actions needed.
Technical Advisors: establish 'housekeeping' procedures to ensure optimum plant/system performance. Ensuring new plant design is capable of delivering the site's requirements.
Engineering: installing additional instrumentation to provide the site with greater management detail.
Project Management: ensuring projects provide or 'deliver' stated requirements.
Plant/Systems commissioning: working with system installers to ensure plant operations are 'optimised' and cost-effective.
