Plant Sure is an automated T.M.I.S. (Task Management and Information System) for planning and management of manual cleaning requirements, aiding and supporting a site in achieving total control of hygiene performance and issues. All data is archived providing instant access to Historical Information benefiting Audits/Inspections.

What constitutes a Task? Any item of plant/area that has to be cleaned, an instrument/probe to be checked or calibrated, equipment or procedures to be audited, plant/equipment to be serviced, test detergent/disinfectant solutions.

(Management Information System) advising immediately on any aspect of automated processing plant or equipment that fails to comply with Quality, Performance, Cost or Environmental standards. All data is archived providing instant access to Historical Information.

The Society of Food Hygiene & Technology was established in 1979 as an independent body, whose role is to offer support through membership to anyone involved in Food Hygiene and Technology issues.

The Society or SOFHT as it is commonly known is led by a high profile voluntary board of directors who are committed to food hygiene and technology issues throughout the entire food chain.
