The default display of the In-Site Viewer is to show all information, i.e. no filtering of data.

A comprehensive filter permits specific data to be selected for display.

 Moving the mouse over each of the ten separate 'Filtering Options' will detail how specific information can be used to build a 'tailored' report.

This selection has a from/to option permitting range to be determined using the scroll facility.

This allows the main In-Site screen to display only those SELECTIONS (individual circuits) that were selected.

The ITEM TYPE refers to the type of item being cleaned, e.g. a Tank/Vessel, a Pipeline/Main or item of processing plant such as a Pasteuriser.

The CLEAN TYPE relates to the type of CIP programme used, e.g. full clean, rinse only, etc.

The GROUP TYPE relates to the geographical location of the item, (Selection) e.g. storage tanks on the 1^st floor which can be compared to the cleaning profile of similar tanks on the 2^nd floor.

The item, clean & group types can be selected separately from a range (1-100).

Type is determined within the system set-up (main configuration files).

DATE RANGE permits selection from pre-set time periods or more specific from/to dates.

When selecting 'Custom Date' a drop-down calendar is displayed under both Date From and Date To.

TIME RANGE permits selection of time (from/to) chosen within a 24 hour range, useful in identifying potential optimisation of CIP operations during the reduced tariff rates of utilities, e.g. electricity.

This selection is also useful in comparing performance between different shifts patterns or comparison of operations at the commencement of processing to that achieved at the end of a production run.

DURATION permits filtering of cleans that last a specific period of time, typically used to establish truncated CIP operations.

When inputting the required minimum and maximum time range (hrs:mins:secs) the ‘Apply duration filter’ box must be 'ticked' to activate duration filtering.

The default selection is to show All operations regardless of Verification status.

Cleans required to be displayed can be selected from a VERIFICATION classification of either:

ALL, PASS, CAUTION or FAIL.

CO₂ allows filtering of carbon emissions between a minimum and maximum value.

When inputting the required minimum & maximum range (kgs) the ‘Apply CO₂ filter’ box must be 'ticked' to activate filtering.

The default selection is to show All operations regardless of cost value.

COST permits filtering of cleaning costs between minimum and maximum values. The ‘Apply Cost filter’ box must be 'ticked' to activate filtering.

The default selection is to show All operations regardless of microbiological result.

MICROBIOLOGICAL results can be selected between minimum and maximum values. The ‘Apply Micro filter’ box must be 'ticked' to activate filtering.
