With a background of many years in the Brewing, Dairy and Food Processing Industries, In-Site personnel have acquired a detailed knowledge of plant hygiene and the standards required to ensure effective cleaning via automated CIP systems.

If your requirement is merely to understand exactly how your cleaning plants operate, i.e. a system health check, we can provide answers within a matter of hours of monitoring your systems.

We interface with your system controllers, quickly obtain all the facts about your cleaning practices, identify areas at risk and potential areas of waste.

Other than physically having to be on site to effect the interface between the In-Site unit and your process controllers, we can obtain all the data remotely, via a modem link. This significantly reduces our time involvement, (we do not have to travel to/from site)which in turn minimises the cost to you.

Our time involvement may only amount to 2-3 days but in this short time we could provide you with all the information you need, specifically what you are doing wrong, what you need to do to put it right and what savings you could expect to make per annum.

Most sites configure their information systems to confirm what was done correctly. In-Site does this as well but also identifies what was not done correctly and the margins of error.

How we can help to improve performance

With the wealth of information provided by the In-Site system, detailing the actual operations of site's plant and the numerous reports generated by In-Site permit a constant 'programme of improvement' to be implemented encompassing:

  • Cost Control & Reduction of Waste
  • Environmental Impact
  • Equipment & Plant Care

 

In-Site are able to provide a service of on-going audits of operating systems, say at 6 monthly intervals. These audits also enable field equipment to be inspected to ensure systems and plant are operating efficiently.

 

We are often retained for 1-2 days per month to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the In-Site information being generated and to continue with optimisation initiatives and other partnerships. Summarised reports of the information continually generated by the In-Site system can be provided each month or quarter identifying aspects of plant operation that may require attention.

In-Site can also provide 'on-line' support and service to the site. This is beneficial should problems be encountered with the cleaning or processing equipment, we can, via remote access, view the In-Site system and see exactly what the site are seeing. As all data is archived, In-Site can provide a re-run of any operation that was monitored, whether it be a production process such as a milk pasteuriser or if it was a cleaning programme. Very few systems can provide this level of 'evidence' for problem solving.
