Verification Report |
| All CIP operations, when finished are assigned a unique In-Site RECORD No. and classified as PASS, CAUTION or FAIL. The RECORD No. is displayed on the front screen of the IN-SITE VIEWER and also shown on all reports relating to that clean. The Verification Report also displays summarised reports on other aspects of the plant item that has been cleaned. 1. Cost Report identifying cost elements and monetary values. 2. Environmental report kgC/kWh value. 3. Details on when plant item was last cleaned and Verification classification. 4. Age & Activity of the CIP reservoir tanks The Verification Report permits a 'comment' to be added regarding if a 'fail' classification was considered acceptable in terms of not requiring the plant item to be re-cleaned. A 'comment' exists when changes to The microbiological result can also be inserted into this report, the result is date/time stamped, once entered the result cannot be modified. |
